Deidra Woods

Deidra Woods, Senior Paralegal, is a graduate of Southeast Missouri State University. Ms. Woods' major area of focus is assisting our tax attorneys in the fact-finding steps and preparation of a variety of tax returns for our clients. She is instrumental in the preparation of estate tax returns, gift tax returns, partnership tax returns, corporate tax returns and tax returns for charitable remainder unitrusts and other trusts and estates. Ms. Woods also gives support in the areas of real estate, funding of trusts as they relate to the transfer of title, and drafting of documents.

Ms. Woods also directs the firm's technology department and is instrumental in keeping the firm's network running. She previously worked for Bryan Cave, LLP and Thompson Mitchell, now known as Thompson Coburn, LLP.
