Jeff Elnicki

Jeff Elnicki concentrates on business law, including organization, operations, and dissolutions. He addresses sales, mergers and acquisitions of business entities; taxation; transactional law; employee benefits; and tax-free exchanges.

Elnicki also handles various types of litigation matters in federal and state courts, including tax matters before the IRS and on appeal to the tax court, as well as general business litigation. He works with limited liability companies, corporations, partnerships, and entrepreneurships.

Family Law is another area of practice for Elnicki.

Prior to joining McCarter & Greenley, LLC, Elnicki worked with Lowenhaupt & Chasnoff, LLC and Bryan Cave, LLP. He also served as Assistant Attorney General for the State of Missouri.

Elnicki received his B.B.A in accounting from Pittsburg State University in Pittsburg, Kansas, his Juris Doctor with Distinction from Washburn University School of Law in Topeka and his LL.M. in Taxation from the prestigious New York University School of Law.

Like Charles McCarter, Elnicki is a native of Kansas. He is an avid golfer.
