Need estate planning?

Many times we think of estate planning as a tool only to save taxes and avoid probate costs, but it has a number of other uses.  Such uses can include transferring a business, seeing that your assets transfer to your heirs on your death, donating funds to charities, taking care of physically and mentally challenged family members and influencing the outcome of other various family-related situations.

To see if an estate plan would benefit you, it would be wise to visit an attorney.  Many provide a free initial conference to determine if estate planning is a good idea for you.

The following forms will help you provide the detailed information needed to make that initial conference a productive one.
