An applicant for an attorney's position should have graduated in the upper 25% of his/her class at an accredited law school, or possess a Master of Laws degree from such a school. In the alternative, a qualified candidate should have five years of experience in estate and income tax law or business law.

An applicant for a paralegal position should have graduated in the upper 20% of his/her class at an accredited four-year college and have scored well in English.
